The Secil International Young Talent Program recruitment process consists of: an online application, online tests, an interview with local HR, and a selection panel interview with the Global Management team. All of these stages will take place in a fully digital format.

Yes, as a Secil Trainee, you will receive a competitive monthly base salary, based on your geography. We will also cover your travel expenses related to potential international job rotations, following the company's international mobility policy.
