We are particularly interested in individuals who are motivated and creative. We believe these qualities contribute to a dynamic and innovative work environment.

2 Academic Qualifications

We are seeking individuals who have successfully completed a masters degree in the last 2 years or will complete a masters degree until January 2024 the relevant areas mentioned in each local opportunity.

3 Professional Experience

Ideal candidates will have a of two years of professional experience within the master's field of expertise. We value fresh perspectives and are open to those in the early stages of their careers.

4 Language Skills

Proficiency in English is essential. A good understanding of English will enable effective communication within our global and diverse team.

5 FULL TIME AVAILABILITY

To apply to this International Program you must have full time availability from March 2024 to March 2025. If you have a question about your availability, please contact our support team (see FAQs).

1 Paid Traineeship

Secil International Young Talents Program is a paid traineeship. The monthly scholarship varies in accordance to local benchmarks, but is always above local averages.

2 Immersive Experience

The program provides a 12-month immersive experience in the daily activities of the business. This hands-on approach allows you to gain practical knowledge and skills by actively participating in real-world tasks.

3 Learning and Progression

Imagine learning from some of the absolute pros in the industry. You'll be working alongside the best, gaining insights that textbooks can't offer and you’ll be offered a clear career path that will be centered on your progression.

4 International Rotation

You will work on meaningful projects during two different job rotations. This exposure allows you to apply your skills in real-world scenarios, contributing to the actual operations of the business.

5 Accelerated Growth

We're investing in your growth with:
– two-week onboarding experience in Portugal
– tailored bootcamp
- development workshops
– strategic projects with board exposition
– all designed to fast-track your development.

6 Local & Global Support

We're assigning you a local tutor and a global mentor, ensuring you receive personalized guidance and unwavering support. This mentorship proves invaluable as you navigate challenges, define career goals, and receive constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

7 Advanced Technology

Surrounding yourself with the best technology available means you get hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools. Your tech skills will be top-notch and up-to-date.

8 Multicultural Environment

During your international rotation, you'll immerse yourself in diverse cultures, gaining a firsthand understanding of global diversity and its impact on how challenges are met differently across our world positions.

Tests

Through online testing, we'll be assessing your cultural fit, cognitive abilities and language skills. You have a two-week window to complete these assessments.

3 Asynchronous Video Interview

In this step we will gather information about your specific motivations and why you feel you are the right candidate for this program.

4 Interview with local HR

At this stage, we're eager to learn more about you! This is your chance to showcase what makes you unique and how your strengths resonate with the values of our team at Secil. The interview sessions are slated to unfold throughout the span of one week.

5 GMT Selection Panel

In just one online session, where you´ll meet the global management team, we go through an evaluation process where you'll have the opportunity to present your pitch. If you're selected, you'll receive an invitation to be part of our program.
